Staff set up each zone according to the venue layout, proceeding sequentially from the entrance to the sign-in, ceremony, and reception areas. Decorative elements such as florals, draping, tabletop décor, and welcome signs are coordinated across the different zones. A final inspection and spatial adjustments are performed upon completion. After the wedding, staff assist in dismantling movable décor and tidying up supplies.
